Welcome! Here you'll find a down-to-earth attitude to "spiritual" growth, which is nevertheless the overall aim here. It's about accessing the peace and serenity that's always within us, underneath our very human feelings of anger, anxiety and tension.
Over the years I've taken a mind- body approach to higher consciousness, inner peace and well-being. I practice and teach only techniques that are simple to learn, yet profoundly transformative. These methods stand the tests of time and usefulness.
My book tells the story of how I started meditating when I was 15 years old. That was when the Beatles's guru came to town, blew my mind, and proceeded to blow Western minds a decade before all the others jumped on the bandwagon with watered-down versions of the real thing. (The problem with "mindfulness" ) for example.
The technique that Maharishi taught us "early adopters" stands miles above what's otherwise dished up as "meditation." His form of meditation is a "mind hack" in the truest sense of the term, in that it's incredibly easy, but at the same time profoundly effective.
This is one of the methods of personal development that I teach. I've put together a suite of the most brilliant tools I've found, and am qualified to pass on to you. Life is short. Don't waste it with worry and tension.
